[Welp. Kaiba's out of sight, and inside the building. Time to move. Getting up, he goes to the edge of the building, scanning it for handholds. There's at least some ivy... he can use that. It should be strong enough to support his weight. At least this building isn't terribly tall. He doesn't have Honda to grab onto him if he falls, after all.
Dropping down over the edge, he grabs for the ivy, testing its strength. Okay, it seems definitely rooted tightly enough... he can use this to make sure he doesn't fall. Not looking down to the actual ground, he keeps his eyes on the wall itself, starting to climb down.]

Or well, he planned to wait until he heard the door creak open, and then Bakura practically vaults himself over the rooftop to get out of sight. He doesn't even bother grabbing for the vines and just lands with a roll on the grass below.]

...though if he'd been as out of shape as he was a few weeks ago, he'd never have managed to hit Kaiba with those rocks. Thank you, Malik and Jack!
Then the realization that he just climbed down the side of a building to escape a highly justified ass-kicking kicks in. Holy shit. That... that was both very dangerous and very fun. And not entirely over yet. Without thinking too hard about it, he moves to flatten himself against the wall, so that Kaiba won't see him if he looks over. White hair stood out...]

He grumbles something, and then turns. The sound of receding footsteps follow.
Bakura waits until the coast is clear for him to pull back, letting out a victorious laugh before turning to his Ba and slapping a hand to his shoulder.]
Good job. I didn't think you had it in you!

Eheh... thanks. Though I'm kind of surprised by how fun it was. I haven't felt this relaxed in... [Woah. He doesn't remember feeling this relaxed since his last RPG campaign.] ...months, at least.
But what surprised you? That I did it at all?

The fact you did it, the fact enjoyed it, and the fact you were daring enough to climb down the side of the building without falling.
[That last one apparently counted as two, leaving Bakura with just a thumb left on his hand. He waves his hand a bit.]
H-heh, impress me one more time, and you'll have a whole hand!

T-thanks. I've had a fair bit of practice with climbing. It's not as scary once you've climbed a tower blindfolded.
[Nothing really compares to that. Though he's just glad this guy didn't see him fall on his poor, abused ass.]

It was at Duelist Kingdom, a few months ago. We had to climb up it because the guards would have seen us breaking in otherwise.

Anzu-chan didn't want us looking up her skirt, but Honda-kun didn't want her going up last. So he blindfolded us both.

I know! It wasn't like she couldn't have stayed behind if she was so worried about us seeing. She could have kept lookout or something. Or even just tied a rope around her waist and had Honda-kun pull her up.
[It wasn't like she even did anything. They could have just done it themselves.]

[Looking back up at the side of the building, Bakura grabs the nearby vine and starts to pull himself back up.]

[Ryou stared at the man with slightly wide eyes.]

[He takes a few more steps up and...casually, if accidentally, flashes his Ba.]

[Dammit, why hadn't he kept that blindfold.]

[Once he's at the top, Bakura turns around and leans over the edge, his hair hanging down to frame his face. That's weird, his Ba is looking the other way...]

[Well, he'll do his best to climb up. Slower than TK, that's for sure. More hesitant. But all that rope climbing practice has definitely helped.]

Time passes, and with enough coaxing Bakura manages to get his timid Ba to actually toss some rocks at strangers, much to his satisfaction. A few trips to gather more supplies are made, some food is had, and eventually the two of them part ways.
All-in-all...it was a pretty enjoyable day.]
