It's the name for the attack the blue eyes does. That Horobi no Burst Stream where it throws a lightning blast out of its mouth.

Mm... I could try shooting it out at the barrier. That way, if it works, I don't hit anything important. At least not that we wanted to stay unbroken.

All right! Let's see what I can do here!

[It's so easy, now, to tap into that energy and let it flow over her to change her shape.]

[moderndaydragon]

[Karasu sets her claws firmly in the ground, looking out to the ocean. Now that she's thinking of it, it's almost embarrassingly easy to instinctively know how to do it. Opening her jaw wide, she lets that light and lightning gather up in her mouth into a powerful frenzy before releasing it as that "breath," the Burst Stream shooting out like a shining beacon even in the daylight as it passes over the ocean.

Unfortunately, much like the Twin-Head, once it hits were that barrier is it fizzles out, as if the very energy itself is being drained.]

[Even so, he's amazed. For her, its so easy to tap into that power. He climbs up onto her back so he can pet her head, affectionately rather than condescendingly.]

Too bad! It seems that damn thing saps the energy out of whatever hits it.

[moderndaydragon]

[She seems surprised when he settles on her back, but not in a bad way. The petting gets a deep, happy rumble and she moves enough to nuzzle him a little, gently to make sure she doesn't knock him to the dirt.

Her gaze turns back out over the water, wings twitching a little at the memory of it bringing her straight down that one time. Damn thing...]

[His hand keeps petting in response to that rumble, a pleased smile on his face. He nuzzles her back, before following her gaze.]

Steady, now. Don't lose your temper...

[moderndaydragon]

[She nods a little, giving a confirming growl to show she's okay. She's not going to lose her temper over something like this. Though she does wonder...

Turning her head up, she gathers up the energy in her mouth again, firing it directly at the sky to test something. Higher and higher it goes, up and up... and then it dissolves the same as it did over the ocean, just like it's hit another barrier.

Growl...]

On the other hand, this is a good way to tell how far the barrier reaches, isn't it? That way you can make sure you know exactly where to avoid!

[Hm... that is a good point and she nods some. How far it goes... it's probably spread out all over.

She fires another beam, though this one goes directly down into the ocean. It's about a second after it hits that she realizes what a dumb idea this is -- even if the barrier goes that low, how can she tell?!]

[Pet pet.]

My, my, I hope nobody was swimming right now... the water must have gotten hot from that.

[moderndaydragon]

[She growls a bit embarrassedly, shifting on her claws a little and looking away.

Though after a moment, she looks back at Bakura quizzical. Well... now what?]

You seem pretty in control of yourself right now. You usually do. It seems those instincts occur most often in response to threats or anger. We can't test you out against both, but do you usually react to anger violently in your other form too?

[moderndaydragon]

[After a moment, she holds up her claw in a so-so fashion. She can get violent when angry, sure, but it's not something she immediately defaults to unless she's threatened. Then... yeah, she can get violent.]

...heh. You and I have that in common. I've got a temper of my own, if I'm threatened or upset too far. But I'm sure there's be a way to regain your self control even like this.

[moderndaydragon]

[She tilts her head a little, curious. She doesn't doubt there's a way to do just that, but the question is... how? Does he have any thoughts?]

Lisa might be able to help. She's a nurse, so she's probably trained in mental health issues.

Other than that, I guess, just anger management classes. For a dragon.

[moderndaydragon]

[She may have training in mental health issues, but Karasu seriously doubts that she's trained to help a dragon keep herself. She gives a sigh, glancing out over the water again as she flicks her tail some.

...Bakura stopped her before... maybe...

She turns her head around again, giving him a gentle nudge.]

...? What is it? Oh, want me to keep going?

[He pets her some more, affectionately.]

[Well, yes, but that's not what she meant. She lifts up a claw, poking him in the belly gently.]

-! [Gah, that feels weird. Don't mind the squirming teenager, Karasu.]

What is it, Karasu-chan?

[moderndaydragon]

[She blinks a little at the squirming, quickly pulling her claw back and checking it and his stomach to make sure she didn't accidentally stab him or anything.

...no, no blood. That's good, at least.

Reaching over, she writes in the dirt, easy enough considering the claw.
